President Chen visited ENIM in France on April the 3rd, 2007.

ENIM is a well-known engineer institute in France and developed substantive CNC talent.

After communicating with ENIM president and vice-president, HCNC and ENIM came to agreement, including educational facilities perchasing, student exchanging and training as well as the training centers' infrastructuring.
